Aldo Festante managed to conquer the European title, becoming the new champion of the GT Open Cup. The last race held on the famous Circuit De Catalunya from 29 to 1 November saw the young driver push his automotive skills to the next level. The first day of the weekend began immediately with a pole position, which allowed Aldo to start from the first position in Race 1. During the first competition, Festante managed to dart in front of all his rivals to conquer first place. The second day was characterized by another pole position and phenomenal performance in Race 2, in which Aldo managed to get back on the top step of the podium again. As if that wasn’t enough, the Spanish weekend saw Festante conquer two fastest laps. A perfect sporting session, without any flaws for the Capua native pilot, who, more than satisfied, became champion of the GT Open Cup, an amazing success that ends a season full of overtaking, daring maneuvers, and a lot of speed. Despite the desire to celebrate his success, Aldo is determined to return immediately to work with the team to prepare himself as best as possible for the last heat of the Porsche Carrera Cup, in which the young driver, flanked by his close-knit team, intends to finish the last race of championship with another golden result.
